Eden’s Semilla Essential Oils Review

Last month I feature the Eden’s Semilla Jojoba Oil in a post and raved about how much I liked the product, which definitely was not a lie. This month I’m bringing to you, the essential oils collection from the very same lovely people. Rather than 1 oil this month, I’m bringing to the table 12 fantastic scents to brag about.

First up is the individual oils including Eucalyptus, Sweet Orange, Peppermint and Sandalwood. The Sweet orange smells amazing and when I used it in the bath, it made my skin smell divine and also left the house smelling shockingly sweet but yummy. You only need a few drops with any of the oils especially in the bath but I’m not sure about oil burners as I don’t have one myself. The Peppermint and Eucalyptus are great for a medicinal feel or a relaxing option in the bath. It would be nice to add a few drops when you are feeling a little under the weather or need a pick me up. The sandalwood is great as well and has a real earthy scent which at least makes it ideal for men if they want to use an oil.

Next up is Set 1 which can be bought as a bundle of all 4 and contains Lemon grass, Tea Tree, Rosemary and Frankincense. I love tea tree and lemongrass so couldn’t wait to get these open and they do disappoint. Every oil smells different and individual which is what I love and the Frankincense and Rosemary would be great in an oil burner to give your home a gorgeous smell and move away for conventional air fresheners.

Lastly on my list is set 2┬ácontaining Pine tree, Lavender, Bergamot and Cinnamon and this is my favourite set by far. The cinnamon and pine tree will probably get used up in the first couple weeks of December as they remind me 100% of Christmas and I can’t wait to start trying them out. The lavender is so relaxing and perfect for adding a couple of drops to the bath as is the Bergamot. I added this to the bath the other night and my house smelt divine afterwards. I will definitely use both of these for a relaxing bath going forward.

I love all the Eden’s Semilla products I’ve tried so far and they have many more to choose from as well. I will most definitely be trying some more out in future but for now I thoroughly recommend trying some of these wonderful oils out as they don’t cost a lot and are superb value for money.

Eden’s Semilla Jojoba Oil Review

It was only about a year ago that I discovered the importance of using oils on my skin, hair and nails after fearing the use of them on my tempermental skin and sensitive scalp.

I wish I had known all I know now back then but hindsight is a wonderful thing. Thankfully now I am pretty clued up on the world of oils and the different types out there and there uses. When the lovely people at Eden’s Semilla contacted me asking if I would like to test out their Jojoba Oil, I jumped at the chance.

I received a bottle of 60ml Jojoba Oil including a dropper very promptly in the post and started trialling it out immediately. I decided the best way would be to use it on my skin, my hair and nails; exactly how the labels promotes it.

Now if you don’t know much about this oil, LISTEN UP!

The oil is naturally rich in vitamins and minerals.

It has natural healing properties helping irritation, acne, dryness, inflammation and chapped skin.

It leaves hair rejuvenated and full of life.

It helps brittle nails.

Now you have the facts, here is my thoughts…

My skin is looking a lot better however I have also changed my skincare routine so I think a combination of the two has improved the look of my skin greatly.

I put this on my hair as a mask a couple of times as I was suffering with itchy scalp. I poured it all over and left it on for 20 minutes before washing it off. Not only did my scalp feel less tight, but my hair was super soft afterwards.

My nails have been growing! That might sound strange but they are forever breaking. For the first time in months they have been growing and not snapping at the slightest thing which is awesome. I get married next Spring so I’m trying to grow my nails for the wedding manicure.

This oil promises to improve all of the above and it does exactly what it says on the box. It’s not often I am bowled over with a product but this one has been a huge surprise and one that I will be using again in the future.

If you suffer with any bad skin issues, itchy scalp or brittle nails then I would put this at the top of your purchase list as it has definitely worked for me.
