Esprit: The Workwear Edit

It is just under a week until I start my new job and go from wearing a set uniform, to wearing my own clothes for the first time in my working life really. I have been heading to the shops when I can to try on endless pairs of trousers and blouses to find some staple pieces for my new office wear. I shared some of my favourite summer pieces after stumbling across Esprit’s website. I absolutely love their pieces and their workwear is spot on so I wanted to share some of my fave bits with you.

First up is the Flowing Tunic Top in off white. I love the top because its loose-fitting and has just a tiny bit of detail on the neckline so would look fab with a pair of statement cigarette pants and brogues.

Next up is another Floaty Blouse, this time a button up one. Again, I love the oversized look to the blouse and generally I prefer this type of top in general. Especially if I eat a big lunch, it hides any food babies!

Now onto the bottoms. My first choice is these stretch cotton trousers with a belt, if you wore these with one of the blouses tucked in, I think the look would look very chic and elegant.

Another pair of trousers I like in ther Esprit range is these Business trousers, I prefer a slim leg look rather than a bootcut or a flared due to me having short legs anyway. I love that these trousers have a slight checked look to them and with the right top and shoes, they would look fab.

Lastly, I chose a gorgeous dark red suede effect Fedora. I absolutely love hats and am looking forward to getting to wear them more as currently I never get much chance to. The colour of this hat is spot on for the upcoming Autumn and Winter as well.

I hope you liked my little Esprit workwear post and find some inspiration in my choices.

Thanks for reading.
