November Empties

Well hello there and a throw back into blogging for me after 3 weeks away and no blogging whatsoever done! If you follow me on Instagram or twitter you may have seen that I have been in New Zealand for 3 lovely weeks and blogging has definitely taken a backseat. I thought I would ease myself in with a bit of a mini empties post showing what products I used up in November. I only managed to use up 3 products really however there are plenty bordering on used up which will more than likely feature in December’s post.

First up I finished a tube of Wilkinson Vitamin C tablets. I have always been a fan of Berocca but they can be on the pricey side so I have been trying out alternatives to see if any of them have the same kick. I won’t lie, so far after trying out 2 different types, I still find myself preferring the Berocca tablets over others however I am still testing out some as we speak so reviews will follow. These particular tablets do have flavour however they don’t pack a punch with zestiness and this is a bit of a let down really. Overall I probably wouldn’t purchase them again.

Next up on the same kind of wavelength is the Wilkinson Vitamin E tablets. I love vitamin E and feeling healthy. My skin was having a major downturn before my holiday and I was doing everything possible to improve it. These tablets are fantastic however I only took them for a month and this isn’t long enough really to notice a considerable difference. I would purchase these again at a bargain price of £2.75.

Lastly was the Neutrogena T-Gel Therapeutic shampoo. This shampoo is definitely not the best smelling or best looking (it reminds me of tar!) however if you have a sensitive scalp then this is a fab product for easing any itchiness or dry scalp issues. I don’t use this permanently as with any shampoo, your head and hair get used to them. I normally switch this into my routine every few months for a few weeks to recuperate my scalp which is extremely sensitive to different products. I would recommend this product to anyone who asks and always re-purchase it.

I hope this mini empties post was a decent read for those of you kind enough to take the time. I am back on the blogging train and will have lots of new posts in the upcoming weeks as well as a beauty giveaway coming up as well to celebrate my 1 year of blogging.

Thanks for reading
