Neutral Skincare: a review

For the last few weeks I’ve been testing out Neutral Sensitive Skin range in order to combat the every day stresses of work, home and wedding planning.

Neutral 0% was born 25 years ago in Scandinavia to create everyday products that respect people’s skin. Their product range includes:

Face Care

Household

Skin Care

Baby Care

& Feminine Hygiene

My first impressions of the packaging were great, I loved that it was simple and had their key selling points on the front of the product themselves. If you have sensitive skin like I do, looking for paraben free or alcohol free products can be time-consuming in stores, so it’s great to see this clearly labelled on a product.

I started testing the products out straight away and tried the face wash, the skin tonic and the intensive repair cream for dry skin. My skin has been a nightmare lately with breakouts on my skin and forehead but a really dry area around my nose. I liked that this moisturiser left my skin extremely hydrated for a long period and made a great primer before applying my foundation.

I also really liked the skin tonic and found it soothing on my skin when having breakouts and a great way to make sure I got all makeup off my skin. I did like the face wash but actually didn’t see any change in my skin after a few weeks of usage. It’s very gentle on my skin but as my skin started looking worse not better, I decided it wasn’t for me after all.

The main benefits of this brand is their commitment to caring for skin hence their baby care range. I definitely like the products I tried but think if it came down to re-purchasing, I would only buy the cream again rather than the other two products. My review is not bible remember so what does/doesn’t work for me, might be ideal for someone else and I would also suggest trying things yourself. The great thing about this range is they are really affordable so if you did give it a go, it wouldn’t break the bank if it wasn’t ideal.
