It’s 2017 and without doing the whole #newyearnewme thing, I honestly do need a kick up the backside in terms of being healthier.
My aim for this year or at least up until my wedding; is to do the following:
- Drink more water
- Look after my skin and have a proper cleansing routine
- Take more vitamins/supplements for better health
- Worry less and live in the moment
Before Christmas I decided to start taking more vitamins and supplements and the journey began with a firm favourite: Regime London Coconut quench.
Now for those eagle-eyed viewers out there that have followed my blog for a while, you will know I’ve reviewed these supplements on the blog before. I absolutely loved these the first time round so I decided to do another 30-day course again to try to give my skin a much-needed boost.
So a quick recap on these beauties is that they contain 240mg of hyaluronic acid which has been shown to significantly increase facial and whole body hydration.
Now you know what they do you will probably understand the appeal of a little capsule like this to someone looking to get better quality skin. I definitely saw a boost in my skin’s appearance on the second round of these tablets and that my skin’s elasticity had improved a lot. Now this time round I have had a serious bout of spots which has been a nightmare so I didn’t see much of a difference in the appearance of these.
I never go into trialling a product without a realistic view on something and this was no different. I don’t expect miracles especially if you only test something for a short window like a few weeks or a month. With these capsules I would like to think that if you trialled them out for longer, you would definitely see an improvement in your skin’s appearance.
I definitely like these capsules, and they taste of nothing so it’s not like you have to force yourself to take something disgusting. For £19.99 these are well worth the money each month and I will definitely take them again.
